Any revisions to your template will be clearly tracked and you will receive a detailed report outlining any questions, suggestions or issues that merit your consideration. The report will include any applicable official guidance, and may be a valuable, time-saving tool during the document review and approval process.

I will review your current template plan document for compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA and other federal regulations that govern self-funded welfare benefit plans. Any section found to be non-compliant will be clearly identified, and alternate language will be offered. In addition, a compliance review will include checking defined terms for proper usage in the plan document, and new or revised plan language may also be offered for your consideration. All suggested changes will be clearly tracked, and you will receive a detailed report outlining questions, concerns and considerations found during the review.
