TO BECOME a CLIENT
If you are interested in becoming a client, please let me know via the secure Express Contact Form at the left. Please include your full company name, address and telephone number, and your web site URL. I will respond with billing information and terms for your confirmation, and we will establish the procedures under which you wish to arrange for any services.
I do not require a service agreement. Becoming a client will not obligate you in any way to use my services; it will simply make those services available to you at such time as you elect to use them.
REFERENCES
I will be happy to provide references upon request. I do not publish my client references, and always request specific approval before using any client as a reference. My references also will be provided with your name so that they will be expecting your call or email.
COSTS
My hourly rate varies by the type of work. Invoices will be generated following completion of your project and will fully detail the work (including research) that was involved. Payment is due fifteen (15) days from the date of invoice unless other terms have been arranged.
Cost estimates are extremely difficult, but I will provide a qualified estimate on request. Estimates for document re-statements usually require a preview of the documents.
