You will receive a report detailing the circumstances under consideration and the results. The documentation should prove valuable to you as support for your decision, especially in the event that you must make an adverse benefit determination.

I can help you to arrive at sound, carefully considered decisions when you are faced with your most complex and technical claim and eligibility issues. Through my experience with an ERISA law firm, I have developed a conservative approach regarding the need for legal counsel, and I will not hesitate to recommend an attorney-level review and response to your issue.

Any Self-funding Solutions transactions will be done in complete compliance with the HIPAA Privacy and Security Standards. I will prepare any required Business Associate or Subcontractor Agreements. Company computer file records are protected at all times by anti-virus software, two firewalls for protection against intrusion (including additional detection software), and there is in place a 24/7 backup of all client records via encrypted transmission to a secure off-site storage area.
